A solution has been implemented for a customer from the automotive industry. Due to the signed NDA, it is not possible to appoint our customer.

Based on a thorough analysis of the customer’s site, we designed and implemented an integrated information system. This solution is a decision support system (DSS) that provides real-time information based on real-time data from production.

This system is Integrated to:

  • Attendance system – Information on absences, real arrival, and movement of the employee.
  • Card system – Use existing employee cards to identify the employee’s position and activities in the production process. Of course, in real-time.
  • Integration into the production process (linking information about what is produced with information about who works)
  • HR system (In this case SAP system

Integration, data processing, and mathematical modeling allows us to create new processes as:

  • Planning worker rotations. Job planning based on legal requirements (Maximum time in a loud environment, etc.), employee skills, and current production needs. The system allows a real-time response to change (for example, the absence of an employee).
  • Work monitoring and real-time information for supervisors and managers.
  • Quality monitoring.
  • Calculations of allowances, bonus, overtime, and rehabilitation
